Oscar's dreaming...

When Oscar was younger, his first nightmares were mostly about falling, he would be laying in bed and then the floor would disappear and they'd be surrounded by pitch black, clinging to their bed as their only safety, as he fell objects would float past him slowly, like in alice in wonderland, but he would be speeding down toward an abyss, feeling the fear rush through their chest and then they'd wake up in a panic. They had that dream almost nightly, to the point that he could tell he was dreaming from the feeling in his chest. Now anytime they have a falling dream, he becomes lucid as soon as he begins to fall and that is almost its own turmoil. Now, he knows he is dreaming and they scream at themself to wake up and his eyes wont open until he's hit the ground, no matter how hard they try, they try not to panic because he knows it will be over soon, but it still scares him.
